When do I need to pay?
Payment must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation. After this time, if payment is not received, the order may be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa/Mastercard (via Realex), PayPal, bank transfers (PLN and EUR), and cash on delivery on selected routes.
Can I pay for multiple orders at once?
Yes — enter order numbers separated by commas (e.g. 389100, 389101). The system will sum the amounts and allow a single payment for all.
Do I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, every payment is documented with a VAT invoice, which you receive by email within 3 business days.
I can't pay by card — what should I do?
Try again or use a different payment method (PayPal, bank transfer). If the problem persists, contact us — we will help.
