Formalities and Safety
We do not charge any hidden costs. Our services are provided comprehensively – the price shown in the calculator includes full logistics service and no customs fees upon delivery.
Yes, every shipment with SpeedPack is covered by basic insurance included in the service price. For high-value items, we recommend declaring additional insurance in the order form.
Czas i Harmonogram
We accept orders until every Wednesday at 8:00 PM. Orders placed after this deadline are automatically moved to the next transport cycle.
Address pickups are carried out on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The exact day and time are confirmed by phone by the driver on the day of pickup.
Pakowanie i Limity
There is no need. Our couriers have ready waybills or apply appropriate labels at the transshipment point.
Excluded from transport are stimulants (alcohol, cigarettes), ADR hazardous materials, and items requiring temperature control. Attempting to send prohibited goods results in the parcel being detained without a refund of transport costs.
